Terms and Conditions

Food Safety is very important to us and in order to provide our clients with a safe environment and product, we ask our clients to agree to the following:

 

I will not attend my "What's For Dinner?" session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc.  We welcome anyone that you would like to send to assemble your meals in your place.  In addition, we would be pleased to offer you our assembly service to you.  An assembly fee will be applied to your order, see the Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy below for more information. 

I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all of my "What's For Dinner?" meals.

I will promptly freeze my "What's For Dinner?" meals following the conclusion of my assembling session.

I will keep all dinners below 4ºC (40ºF) while thawing and -18ºC (0ºF) while frozen.  I will thaw my entrées safely in the refrigerator and cook within 2 days of thawing.

I will follow the cooking instructions specified on all meals and the instructions regarding the proper internal temperature of cooked foods.

I have read and understood the "What's For Dinner?" Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy (see below).

For your safety, as well as the safety of the little ones, we ask that no one under the age of 12 attend the sessions.

I agree to release "What's For Dinner?" from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of "What's For Dinner?" meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of "What's For Dinner?"

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

We understand that certain situations may arise which would require you to cancel or reschedule your session.  Please contact us immediately if you must cancel your session. 

Cancellation More Than 72 Hours (3 days) Before Scheduled Session

If you need to cancel more than 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled session date, we would be happy to reschedule your session for another time, issue a gift certificate or provide you with a full refund.  You may also take advantage of our assembly service, $25 (for 6 - 8 entrées) or $40 (for 9 - 12 entrées).

Cancellation Less Than 72 Hours (3 days) Before Scheduled Session

Since our team has begun ordering ingredients for your meals, we do ask for 72 hours (3 days) cancellation notice prior to your session date.  We will be pleased to assembly your meals for an assembly fee, $25 (for 6 - 8 entrées) or $40 (for 9 - 12 entrées), and will arrange a convenient time for you to pick-up your order.

 

This policy allows What's For Dinner? to continue to offer our clients healthy nutritious entrées at a reasonable price.  Thank you for choosing What's For Dinner? to help you with your dinner solutions.
