Poultry Entrées

Our classic Thai chicken!  These chicken breasts are seasoned with a Thai-inspired marinade that includes peanut butter and citrus, sure to please even the most discriminating eaters at your table. Great served on rice!  Any leftovers are ideal for lunch the next day in a wrap.

Six chicken breasts are coated in a crunchy, sweet and sticky sesame coating with a sweet Asian influence.  Great served up for a Friday night dinner with friends.

Teriyaki is a cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine in which foods are grilled or broiled in a sweet soy sauce marinade. The teriyaki sauce is made in-house using all fresh ingredients.  Bl/Sl chicken thighs are used in this dish.

If you like Italian, this is classic Italian meal.  Chicken thighs are topped with a savoury tomato sauce with garlic, olives and a range of spices that bring Italy into your own kitchen!  The sauce in this entrée is fantastic served over a bed of rice (Rice included).

A whole roasting chicken, marinated with an Asian flare using fresh ginger and soy sauce.  This entrée is great for crock-pot cooking or baked in the oven.  Also included with this dish is a vegetable pilaf.

Inspired by classic Thai broth, this coconut version is incredibly smooth and comforting.  A mixture of dark chicken, dried shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots and fresh cilantro adds an abundance of flavor and depth to this one-bowl dinner. Made as "hot or sour" as your family likes and one of my families favorites!

These chicken breasts are tantalizing with both Asian and Indonesian flavors including star anise and whole cloves combined with fresh rosemary.  Serve these with roasted rosemary potatoes.

Beef Entrées

A WFD signature dish that uses a fresh carrot and ginger sauce to flavor strips of lean beef stir-fry.  Add steamed rice and this entrée is on the table in under half-an-hour.  No reason to order out for Chinese food.   

This tenderized flank steak is marinated in Dijon and fresh ginger.  Grill on the bbq or oven bake it for moist tenderness.  This entrée cooks quickly so great for a busy evening.  Serve with bbq or baked potatoes.

This entrée is one of our signature dishes.  Lean ground beef mixed with fresh spices and the WFD sweet & sour sauce will be enjoyed by kids and adults alike, everyone will be asking for seconds!  Add some fresh or canned pineapple or leave as is.  Serve it with rice or noddles. Gluten Free

Lean ground beef combined with rice and a variety of veggies makes this entrée an interesting all-in-one meal!  The jumbo meatballs are cooked in V8 juice which makes this dish moist and full of flavor.  Kid friendly!

Pork Entrées

Fresh rosemary imparts its fragrant, woody flavor into this crumb mixture that coats these thickly cut boneless pork chops.  Serve with your favorite mashed potatoes and veggie.

Boneless pork chops coated in a rich honey and hoisin sauce; a thick soy-based sauce often used in Chinese cuisine.  This is a favorite amongst kids and adults alike.  A great tasting pork chop for any season BBQing!

Accents of sour, salty, sweet and hot dress up this pork tenderloin for easy entertaining or a special home cooked meal.  The fresh lime tenderizes the pork.  Serve this dish with your favorite roasted potatoes.

Two lean pork tenderloins are marinated then coated in a mildly-spiced seed and bread crumb mixture with a distinctive Indian flavour creating a deliciously moist pork dish.  Serve it with mashed potatoes or yams.

These savoury pork patties have a hint of heat.  Serve them with your favorite salad or on a bun - they are also just delicious on their own or for a breakfast brunch.

Fish & Seafood Entrées

Eating goes upscale with this tasty entréee. Fresh ginger and lime marinades the white fish giving a mouth watering citrus smell.  For a party flare make the fillets as skewers or make Fish Tacos. Add a rice pilaf and you have a gourmet meal in just minutes.  ♥ Gluten Free

This fish is delicately steamed in white wine and combined with fresh herbs and a variety of vegetables.  Add your favorite rice dish for a complete meal.  The flavours in this broth are amazing!  Fresh Sole or Snapper is used depending on availability.
