To "Book a Session" we have a couple of options that you can choose from:

Book Online Click on the "Book a Session" post-it and login to our online booking feature to register for a session and to select your entrées.
By Telephone Contact the location nearest you and a representative will be happy to Book a Session for you.

All that is required for you to bring to your session is a cooler with ice/ice packs! We provide all the containers or freezer bags for each entrée. We do all of the dishes and even provide you with your own apron during your session - how easy is that!

How long does it take to assemble 12 entrées?

It takes approximately 1 hour to assemble 6 different family sized entrées and 2 hours to assemble 12. Imagine - 12 family sized meals (or 24+ smaller sized meals) prepared in just 2 hours. No shopping, chopping and the best thing is no dish washing!

How much does it cost?

The price of each entrée is individually priced and varies depending on the content of the entrée. Each entrée serves approximately 4 to 6 people (also most entrées can be split into smaller portion sizing - look for the split cookie under each entrée description). The amount of people it serves depends on how much each family member eats. The cost of each serving varies between $4.50 - $5.50. That's less than any fast food or restaurant options.

What comes with an entree?

Our goal is to provide your family with a main entrée and encourage you to add your families favourite starch, salad or vegetable. This allows our guests to still meet their families own tastes and needs. Some entrées do come with rice, pasta or potatoes. On occasion, we will also offer a recipe of a side dish that we feel will go well with that menu entrée. In most cases, we will also recommend a side dish to accompany your entrée.

Can I bring my children with me to my session?

For your safety, as well as the safety of the little ones, we ask that no one under the age of 6 attend.

We found that in order to keep the best interest of all of our guests in mind and to ensure a safe working enviornment we can only allow children 6 and over to attend a session.

We also ask that there be 1 youth/child for every 1 adult.

We appreciate your understanding.

Can I split my entrées?

A number of WFD entrées can be split. We offer extra containers and freezer bags for a nominal fee to cover the extra packaging costs. Look for the split cookie icon in the entrée description to determine which entrées can be packaged into smaller portions.

Select the option of "Split Your Entrées" when you check out.

Can I bring my friend or partner with me to a WFD session?

Our company is all about family and socialization! Provided we are not running a full session we do welcome a guest.

In order to provide all of our guests with comfortable sessions and avoid overcrowding we ask that you contact your local store in advance of your session to notify us of this request.

Is there any tax on the entrées?

We are happy to say No! As our food is not ready to eat there is no HST. Another reason to come in and assemble some delicious oven ready meals!
